- Do you ship outside the United States?
Sorry, we do not ship outside the United States at this time.
- Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses, therefore we cannot ship to a PO Box at this time.
- What are your shipping options?
We ship using UPS only. UPS Ground shipping is $7.50, Second Day is $19.95 and Overnight is $26.95. All packages are shipped no signature required.
- How much do you charge for shipping?
UPS Ground shipping is $7.50, Second Day is $19.95 and Overnight is $26.95.
- When will I receive my part?
Most orders ship the same day they are placed. Ground orders take 3-7 business days to receive. Overnight and second day shipments will arrive on business days only, excluding holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery. All overnight and second day orders must be placed by 3PM EST.
- Can I have my parts shipped to my mechanic?
Yes, but please be aware that we will only ship to a legitimate shop. If you are having your parts shipped to a shop outside your state, we will need to verify the order with the shop before it is processed.
- Do you ship to hotels?
We do not ship to hotels.
- Do you ship to freight forwarding companies?
We will only ship to a freight forwarding company if the billing address matches the credit card and the address for the freight forwarding company is verified as legitimate.
- Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Sorry, we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. UPS does not deliver to an APO or FPO address. If you wish to place an order and have it shipped to a family member in the United States, please contact us @ 1-800-214-6493.
- Lost packages/ Non-receipt of goods
If your package shows delivered, but you did not receive it we must file a claim with the shipper. Claims for lost items usually take 30 days to process. As we ship all packages no signature required, it is your responsibility to track your package and know when it will be delivered to your residence. Replacement parts will not be sent out while your claim is being processed. All parts must be reordered until the claim is finalized.
