  1. How do I contact you?
    We are open Monday-Friday from 9AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time and Saturday’s from 9AM to 3PM. You can contact us by phone (1-800-214-6493) or e-mail at any time during normal business hours.

  2. What is your return policy?
    New parts can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as they have not been damaged, unsealed or installed.

  3. What is a core charge and how do I get my core refund?
    A core charge is a deposit that is paid upon ordering a remanufactured part. Once you install the part, you return your old part for a refund. If you do not have a core to return, you will still have to pay the deposit.

  4. Where do you ship from?
    We have warehouses all throughout the United States. We cannot predetermine from which warehouse your order will ship. All ground orders take approximately 3-6 business days to receive.

  5. How do I return a part?
    All parts must be issued a return authorization number prior to return. To obtain an RMA number, e-mail us @ and we will E-mail one to you within 24 hours.

  6. I received a backorder e-mail, when will the part be in stock?
    Backordered parts usually become available from the manufacturer within 2-3 weeks. Parts on national backorder take approximately 4-6 weeks.

  7. What forms of payment do you accept?

  8. Do you ship outside the United States?
    Sorry, we do not ship outside the United States at this time.

  9. Do you pricematch other parts sites?
    Yes, we pricematch only at the time of order. All pricematch orders must be placed with a sales representative. We will only pricematch the part itself (not including taxes or shipping charges). All items to be pricematched must be in stock, have the same brand, and the same part number.

  10. How much do you charge for shipping?
    UPS Ground shipping is $7.50, Second Day is $19.95 and Overnight is $26.95.
General Questions
  1. What type of warranty do you offer on your parts?
    We offer a one year warranty on all parts, with the exception of wear and tear items (rotors, pads, etc). Warranty returns do not fall under our 30 day return policy.

  2. I am missing a part, what do I do?
    If you receive your order and you are missing a part, please refer to your tracking e-mail for multiple tracking numbers. If you were only issued one tracking number, please check your packing slip and contact us immediately.

  3. Do you have an exchange program?
    We do not have an exchange program at the present time. All damaged, defective and wrong parts must be reordered.

  4. Do you have a parts catalog?
    To maintain the lowest part prices on the Internet, we have chosen not to print a catalog at this time.

  5. In which states do you charge sales tax?
    We only charge sales tax in the state of New Jersey.

Order Cancellations
  1. I just placed my order, can I cancel it?
    All orders are electronically sent to the warehouse as soon as your order is finalized. For this reason, order cancellations are not possible.

  2. I need to add another part to my order, is it possible?
    Once your credit card is charged, order changes are not possible. Please call us to place a separate order.

  3. I need to remove a part from my order, is it possible?
    Once your credit card is charged, order changes are not possible. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number as soon as you receive your order.
